Refund Policy

Lexicon believes in complete customer satisfaction.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, customer can write to us at info@lexiconcpl.com within 7 calendar days from the purchase date and request a refund from us. Customer should briefly explain the reason of dissatisfaction. Lexicon will provide a refund within 30 days of receipt of the request.

Refunds are also applicable in one or more of the following situations:

• Images uploaded by the customer are not in the prescribed format (DICOM) or the image set required for proper interpretation is incomplete or of poor quality. In such cases Lexicon will inform the customer using the contact details registered with Lexicon.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Payment Gateway Name payments refund will be made to the same account.
